Tanya Preston, Associate

Tanya has a background in general litigation, with a focus on employment, insurance and UK immigration. She regularly assists employees and employers with a variety of issues including, personal grievances, negotiated exits, disciplinary, redundancy and restructuring issues. She also advises on individual employment agreements and workplace policies.

Tanya has experience representing clients in the Employment Relations Authority and at MBIE mediations. She is able to promptly identify the key issues and provide clear strategic advice to achieve a positive resolution.
