Jess has experience in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including employment and services agreements, disciplinary processes, personal grievances, cand redundancy and restructuring. She has represented clients in mediation and the Employment Relations Authority.
Jess has a particular interest in the impact of employees' social media use on the employment relationship, and the emerging "right to disconnect" from the workplace after business hours.
