Jess Greenheld, Senior Associate

Jess has experience in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including employment and services agreements, disciplinary processes, personal grievances and redundancy and restructuring. She has represented clients in mediation and the Employment Relations Authority.

Jess has a particular interest in the impact of employees' social media use on the employment relationship, and the emerging "right to disconnect" from the workplace after business hours.

Prior to joining langtonHudson, Jess worked in a specialist employment team at a large international law firm in London.
