Eleanor Gregan, Associate

Eleanor has a broad background in all areas of employment law. Eleanor regularly assists clients with a wide range of matters including employment agreements, restructures, disciplinary processes, performance issues, privacy issues and all issues associated with the termination of employment. She prides herself on providing commercial advice and has a keen interest in resolving disputes for clients, having represented clients at mediation.

Eleanor has a particular interest in assisting employers to manage parental leave issues arising before, during and after a period of parental leave.

Eleanor is also co-founder of the Auckland Junior Employment Lawyers' Association.
