Alexandra Wallace, Senior Associate

Alexandra practices in all areas of employment law and has a strong background in general litigation and dispute resolution.

Alexandra's experience involves advising employers and employees about employment law matters including disciplinary investigations, performance management, restructuring and redundancy, restraints of trade, health and safety and industrial relations. Her background in a large commercial firm has given her expertise advising on employment issues within significant transactions, reviewing all forms of employment agreements and contracts for services, and providing pragmatic employment advice to a wide range of public and private entities. She has a particular interest in assisting employers and employees through personal grievances, including their prevention and resolution.
